Why strictly by introduction?
Kaldroa Advisory works with a maximum of 4–5 family offices simultaneously. This is a design constraint, not a capacity limitation. Deep institutional transformation requires founder-level attention throughout the 90-day sprint.
Introductions ensure that both parties can move immediately to substantive conversation. The Health Check serves as the self-introduction: a completed diagnostic tells us more about an office's operational maturity than a one-hour introductory call.
